Free-diving is about the freedom you feel under water without the weight of cylinders, without the technical support of the breathing regulator and BCD you use in scuba diving.

 

All training and coaching is under the supervision of a qualified SSI free-diving instructor. He will help you select your gear and will introduce you to the basic elements of the sport.
